Club paddle on May 4: Wind forecast is about perfe...
Author Last Post
Darn! There were nine of us to and it was a great paddle. What a beautiful day and gorgeous scenery. We saw lots and lots of dolphins. And yes, we paddled right past St. Christopher, so you probably did see us. Hope to see you soon!

I'm sorry. I grabbed some old chart this morning that showed Cherry Point Landing further up Bohicket Creek. So I paddled right past there before 11 am, and just kept on paddling. I went quite a long way past before I decided I was definitely mistaken. I'm pretty sure I saw y'all paddle past the house just after I had landed, starting to make your way back. My plan was to paddle to the ramp to meet you. But I failed to figure out exactly where I needed to go, and badly overshot the mark.
I hope everyone had fun!
Chris
Ralph,
Tomorrow's paddle weather is always so unpredictable, I will bring (2 skirts).  A little help from the wind coming back is always appreciated.
Susan

Thank you Ralph!! I’ll bring my skirt!!

If you have not yet looked at the club paddle for tomorrow, May 4, please go to the club's web page and take a look. I am generally very wary of "wide water" paddles, but the wind forecast for the return trip has it pushing us back, along with the incoming tide.

The write up says to bring a skirt and I am taking one and paddling my 145 Tsunami...not my rec boat. If you are wondering if you could go, please contact Beth, Heywood, the trip leader. This is a GREAT opportunity to be out on "wide water'"
