The weather forecast for Saturday has the temperature in the 80's and a light wind. It will be a perfect spring day to paddle in the ACE Basin.
We're launching from Cuckolds Creek Landing (put Cuckolds(Folly Creek) Boat Landing in your mapping app.
For folks who think this is a long drive, paddling 14 miles should compensate for the drive. The plan is for the outgoing tide to help us get down to the sandbar on the Combahee, and then the incoming tide will help us all the way back to the landing.
It is an L3 trip because of the distance, but if you've been handling L2 trips, then this should be in your skill/endurance range.
