Weather is in our favor- let's do it! See you at 10!

Zan!

Hell hath frozen over; I am available on a Thursday!

I’d like to join you all for this trip; who’s coming?

We must ward off the thunder & lightning!

Because we loved it so much a couple of weeks ago- we're going again! Meet at the Huger landing off of 402 at 10 am and launch when ready. Paddlers need a minimum 14' boat in order to keep up, a pfd and whistle, water and snack. There is an artesian well at Huger, so bring a container to take some water home with you! Directions from Mount Pleasant: From 17N left on 41, stay on 41 and go about 14. 4 miles to Hwy 402. Left on 402 for 2.5 miles. Around a curve , over a creek, a dirt road immediately on the left is your turn to Huger landing. There is a sign just past the turn for Huger Area (not specific words but big sign on left) to let you know you missed the turn! If you go over RR tracks you've gone too far. The landing is at the end of the dirt road. This is a gorgeous paddle!

Note- IF it's thundering and lightening when you wake up Thursday morning, check here again around 8 am!
