Are you ready to start the new year out right. Let's get out and paddle. Tuesday, January 1 let's meet over at Bushy Park Landing and paddle up Foster Creek. I'm told it's now open at least up to the Navy RV park. This is a good central location for most of us and protected from the worst coastal winds. It's usally has some interesting birds, maybe a gator or two and if we're lucky a deer or wild hog. We can start meeting at 10:30 am and launch by 11:00 am. That should give even midnight to bed people enough time to get there.  Remember the water is chilly at this point so dress for any accidental dips in the water.  I noticed tin this mornings paper the harbor has warmed up a bit, 56 degrees. No cotton please for on the water, but bring a comfortable change of clothes for the drive home. Maybe we can all stop for a late lunch somewhere.
See you there. Call with any questions.
